We began our journey with Kickstart by working on their MVP built on WordPress. While the MVP was a roaring success—thanks in part to the star power of Martin Johnsrud Sundby—it soon became evident that we needed a more robust, scalable solution. And so, we got to work on developing just that.
The success of the MVP brought a new set of challenges — daily maintenance became cumbersome and the introduction of custom features was resource-intensive. Another problem was keeping content updated for every client. In essence, one of the goals was to make the MVP platform more scalable and quick, so it was necessary to add new custom features and a lot of work to do.
